Children’s playground overview

Still needs to be painted.

Kids can hoist one of the many flags we brought back from holidays.
The red bucket is a comforter elevator.

Awesome work!! In the COVID-19 time finally I found some more time to stay at home and decided to build a small playground for my little 2yo girl. The playground you designed and build is really cool , congrats, it inspires me indeed! Thanks also for sharing the project – that’s what is indeed an Open Source project 🙂

Just wondering if the hight of ~ 2m for a climbing wall isn’t that too high / dangerous for ~ 2-3 yo?

    PS
If you come over Bulgaria – please drop me a message, I own you a beer (at least)!

    • Hi,
Thanks for your message and kind proposition 🙂
My girls were 1 and 3 when I started building.
I wanted a real climbing wall.
I would say they waited to be 4 to be able to climb alone. Before that the wall was just tall enough for me to secure with my arms them up to the summit.
Now they are 5 and 7 they would like sometinh even taller!
But we sometimes change the holds to create new challenges and I have no regret about the height.
Send me your photos once completed!
      Regards from France.

Hello! How did you make your swing section? I have never seen it done this way. Are you concerned that there is not enough support there?
